How Is It Beneficial To Seek A Personal Life Coach?

We all have questions sometimes within our life and we wonder if our resolutions are being made with clarity and success. No one has all of the answers and no one can tell someone else how to live their life. We all know this, but there are times when someone can look from the surface (if we are open to allowing someone to) and actually help us decide which path; according to our circumstances might be the best and then the person that it will affect; makes the decision. Coachingis a decision that only the individual can decide.

That is where a Life Coach comes in. A Personal Life Coach can help with the current and future areas of your life. They do not treat illnesses or give therapy and anyone needing medication are advised to seek professional help. They work with the attitudes, goals, and action planning part of making positive life changes. It is a part of stimulating ones efforts and training ones self to see their own potential. A Coach is to help build confidence and calm within client to help them get where they want to go. They work with behavior patterns to explore new ways of making things work articulately and more accommodating.

As with any kind of personal development, we cannot get through our life without making decisions. Making decisions to do something and then taking the actions necessary to make it happen is an important part of life. Life Coaching is a place to start if there is something holding you back and you do not know exactly what it is. Knowing Ourselves is part of the deal to make our life more confident and stable.

Mastering mistakes is another part of life and of personal growth. Letting go of the past is sometimes hard to work through but it is achievable and with great success. Mistakes are a part of life and we can only overcome them by admitting we are at fault most of the time and simply find ways not to repeat the same behavior and know we will do better in the future. If no one made mistakes we would all be perfect…how dull would that be?

A Life Coach observes well. They try to hear what you are not saying as well as what you are saying. They concentrate on what is not said and analyzes the actions which might be the result from what is not said. A Personal Life Coach can also be someone just to bounce things back and forth and help a client recognize motives not voiced.

Personal Life Coaches are useful with issues concerning the heart, relationships, religious issues, family crisis and career changes. They can be the angel in disguise helping you make your life becomes better and more fulfilled.

Not everyone likes to talk to others and that is each individual’s prerogative and free will, but a Life Coach can help us see things in a clearer perspective sometimes. It is not for the person who does not share their personal life with anyone and there are some people who choose not to. Again, it is strictly a personal preference.

Powerful Success Motivation

Success does not come to us without thinking just because we are breathingthe face of the earth. It does not take aprofessorto knowthat. It is obtained only by work, dedication and perseverance. Not anyone that I know who has a Successful Life has sat on their backside and done nothing. Successful Living is not all about a career, it can be a marriage, personal development, managing a career and family, or just trying to make life better in general. There must be some contemplation given to it, a need, a plan, and a goal and then the action. Very few people are born successful and even if everything seems grand today, it could go into reverse tomorrow. Dad can give you the highest position in the Company but if you did not earn it, it will not bring about the fulfillment of starting at the bottom and working up, unless of course; you are lazy. Sorry, had to throw that in. We may think we have the greatest personality, but someone else may see us as needing some kind of adjustment in our personal growth. Your marriage may be divine, yet you may need to check in with your spouseevery now and then to make sure they are having the same feelings.

There are Successful Plan that we must have and use to become the best that we can be in our life. Everything in our life is an expression of our thoughts. Our mind and our inner spiritual self, influence everything we do. We all do have some kind of spiritual self. Look for it…it may help you more than you know. We must be sensitive to our surroundings and know that every aspect of our life has its proper place. Our Successful Thoughts can lead us into many directions, they caninduce the positive or the negative but if we work at it; success may be obtained quite naturally. We not only have to work on our plan of action, with a list of goals and intent but we have to work on the mental plan.

The first steps toward achieving success is ignited in the mind, some call it dreams, others call it constructive thinking and a lot times, it is out of necessity, but in any instance; it has to be a desire from within. There are some people who are complacent where they are. They do not necessarily think about trying to improve anything unless something seems broken and if they need an adjustment some where. Successful living is what everyone dreams about; no worries, no financial issues, no health problems and a wonderful family. Everybody’s dream, right? We know that life is just not that perfect nor do we have a Successful Life just by wanting it. We have to assess what our needs are and proceed with caution, yet without fear .

As a general rule when we start the conversation about Success or Successful Living; we automatically start thinking about our career. I agree that it is justifiable, because this is where we find the means to make our personal life comfortable. Money nor career can heal all things. It cannot heal a broken heart, it will not replace a lost family or friend and it does notguarantee anyone happiness. In fact it has been know that high profile careers sometimes damage family life forever. There must be a balance and sometimes that balance is what people search for on the road to finding complete Life SuccessThat is a knowledge that everyone must know.

To begin we must have Success Thoughts, a plan, an angle, an approach and a blueprint. The builder, who builds the perfect house, has a blueprint. To get to the finished project, he takes the blueprint one step at a time. He starts with the foundation, the layout with the plumbing, and then the outside walls and roof are put on. The walls and ceiling within are net, then the fixtures, then the paint and then the flooring. Bam the house is livable and ready for occupancy. No, that is not every detail and it is not that simply and nor is life. We have things that need fixing, walls that sometimes must be torn down and replaced because someone was unhappy with the way things looked.

It will take us first believing we have a need for a plan, plans sometimes must be changed for one reason or another. We place the priorities first. We know we need a base to start with and if we do not have a sound foundation, the plan can get ambushedat the first drift of negative emotions from ourselves or someone else. A sound foundation is only the start but it is at least a start.

Finding satisfaction from Successful living is feasible at any stage in life, really. I say that it isn’t too late until we die, then they can push the dirt on me and I am done. Until then, let me sing my song, write my articles and learn whatever I can from others and in so doing find a way to share some thoughts of my own.

Why Is It That Most Individuals Want To Find Success But Do Not Know What It Really Is?

What is Success? We have asked that question over a few times and we get many challenging interpretations and it seems that we still do not have all the right answers. We know performance is a key ingredient.

Success according to the Dictionary:

• achievement of intentions- achievement of something planned or attempted
• something that turns out well – something planned and turned our well as intended
• fame or fortune, money

Thesaurus Definition:

• accomplishment
• achievement
• arrival
• good luck
• fortune
• fruition
• profit
• favorable outcome
• prosperous
• effective
• triumphant

We could name more terminology but we have enough to elaborate with these. I like the Thesaurus definitions because it is inclusive of more things than just something planned, money or fame. We have good fortune, good luck, favorable outcomes; we are effective and even victorious, everyday in our life. Therefore success is not something that is unattainable. It is about accomplishments, achievements and sometimes appears to be good luck. Sometimes I think people think they will never be successful because they defining success as something it is not; and they are actually achieving the definitions listed under Thesaurus in some area of their life.

I am not one to believe that success is much about good luck. Successful Living is a part of life that you get the reward of your labor. Success is about your plans, what you seek and how hard you strive to accomplish your desires. You work toward something, not to the finish line as it takes time to get there; if there is a termination . It is said that Success if a Journey. If one makes reasonable goals and if you work toward achieving them, they should be achievable, one at a time. Of course we humans desire to have more material things; and live well but that is not the essence of really living well. This is not all bad by any means, but it is not the most important approach to becoming successful. There are times that we do not reach what we set out to; these are the times we have back up and start over and find what did not work and possibly why.

The essence of living well is living within our financial abilities and feeling good about where we are. It seems when people get into trouble it is because they have reached beyond what they can afford. Success is about fruition….fulfillment, which can mean that we are fulfilled passionately and are happy with our life. Success is making sure we have our priorities straight. We know that Success consist of many areas of our life; not just in the financial or career area.

If success could be fully achievable all at some point; we would see people saying; okay, I have all it all, I don’t need anything further. I am done, now I can sit back and relax.

I do not believe that success materializes like this. I believe that success is something we walk toward, strive at, keep reaching for in all areas of our life and receive it gradually. In other words; we finally get the kids in college, we finally have them graduate, we have the college education paid for, we have our house paid for, we are going on that dream vacation and someone is working toward being VP of my company. Success is goals we reach for one step at a time. Each one is a victory which has come from hard work and dedication.

Success is not all about getting to be the President of Google. It is about getting to where we are inspired with our progress toward our goals within our family, our friends, our faith and our careers. It is not all about wealth.

Four Simple Rules For Creating The Life You Want

Recently I was listening to a conversation between Eben Pagan and his mentor Wyatt Woodsmall and gleaned a few nuggets on the age old question – what does it take to create the life you want.

Here they are:

1) Know your outcome - Most people have no clue what they want. If they do at all it is about wanting to remove something negative such as how to get rid of a person or how to get rid of smoking etc. The movie ‘The Secret’  is all about creating the right want. You need to want to create something positive.

Wyatt advises us to remain conscious and alert at all times so as to guard against negative wants and negative thinking.

2) Develop the sensory acuity to determine on the basis of evidence what is working and what is not working. Most people actually don’t do this and instead indulge in wishful thinking.

3) Flexibility - If something you do is not working the way you want then change it. Do something else. I was struck by what Wyatt said next “The world is conquered not by might but by change”. Do not work harder instead try something new.

4) ACTION – If all you do is read and listen then nothing is going to happen. Take action.

Every Problem Contains Within It An Opportunity – My Personal Experience

I am thrilled to pieces.

I installed a wordpress blog on my website ebook-of-the-week.com without a hitch.

How I came to this is a small story by itself.

Before today I had a blog called ‘www.foolandhisblog.com.’ It was hosted on blogger.com and I paid 10 dollars per year to Google for the domain name.

It was very easy to setup a blog on blogger but blogger was not an open and flexible platform.  Also my blog did not integrate with my website ebook-of-the-week.com.

Nevertheless I stayed put with it because … it was comfortable. Sounds familiar:)

Well remaining true to the ‘fool’ part of my blog title, I let my domain expire. When I finally logged into the google admin panel to renew my domain … it was gone!

The name was available for all and sundry just one year ago and within one day of the domain registration expiring, it was gone.

My blog is definitely small potatoes, very small, but it had accumulated a presence on the web thanks to directory submissions,  authority links, a small RSS distribution list, etc.

Now it was gone.Losing the domain name was painful, very painful.

But look where I ended up now.I finally have a blog on my website. This will help improve the SEO (search engine) rankings of my website. And now I use Wordpress a platform that I always wanted to use but was too lazy before. Last but not least I save 10 dollars per year in domain registration.

I remember hearing somewhere that every problem contains within it an opportunity. This was a great lesson in that principle and just the right kind of a post for a blog titled “Things That Teach Us”
